I am currently Leading and Driving multidisciplinary R&D team in L&T Transportation Business . I have done PhD in Geotechnical Engg. from IIT Kanpur. I have over three years of working experience in the area of sustainability of Geomaterials, soil Marginality in MSE wall , Behaviour of expensive soil , Applications of Geosynthetics and so on. Involves in site related troubleshooting and technological development of different geotechnical structures. Major focused area Pavement Geomaterials. I am receiver of President Gold medal. I’ve written 30 research articles in reputed journals and conferences.
